מחיקת מידע — Strix
באפשרותך למחוק בכל עת את כל המידע השייך לך:
1. מתוך האפליקציה (מומלץ)
התחבר ל-Strix ← הגדרות החשבון ← "מחיקת חשבון" ← אימות סיסמה ← אישור. עבור מנהל הסוכנות, המערכת מוחקת מיד את כל נתוני הארגון: פרטי החשבון, הלקוחות שניהלת, נתוני הקמפיינים שסונכרנו מ-Meta/Google, אסימוני ההרשאה, היסטוריית התקשורת והשיחות עם ה-AI. עבור משתמש שאינו מנהל, הפעולה מוחקת מיד את חשבון המשתמש עצמו; למחיקת יתרת המידע האישי השתמשו באפשרות 2.
2. בבקשה בדוא"ל
שלח בקשה מהכתובת הרשומה אצלנו ל-office@strixrise.com עם הנושא "מחיקת מידע", ונבצע את המחיקה ללא דיחוי (עד 30 יום) ונאשר לך בכתב.
3. ביטול הרשאות Meta/Google
ניתן גם לבטל את הרשאות האפליקציה ישירות ב-Meta (Business Settings ← Apps) או ב-Google (myaccount.google.com ← Security ← Third-party access). ביטול ההרשאות מפסיק כל גישה נוספת של המערכת לנתונים, אך אינו מוחק מידע שכבר נשמר — לשם כך השתמשו באפשרויות 1–2.
נשמרות רק רשומות מינימליות שחובה לשמור לפי דין. שאלות: office@strixrise.com.
Data Deletion — Strix
You can delete all data belonging to you at any time:
1. From within the app (recommended)
Sign in to Strix → Account Settings → "Delete Account" → password verification → confirm. For an agency admin, the system immediately deletes all of the organization's data: account details, the clients you managed, campaign data synced from Meta/Google, authorization tokens, communication history, and AI conversations. For a non-admin user, this immediately deletes your own user account; to remove any remaining personal data, use option 2.
2. By email request
Send a request from the email address registered with us to office@strixrise.com with the subject "Data deletion", and we will carry out the deletion without delay (within 30 days) and confirm to you in writing.
3. Revoking Meta/Google permissions
You can also revoke the app's permissions directly in Meta (Business Settings → Apps) or in Google (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access). Revoking permissions stops any further access by the system, but does not erase data already stored — use options 1–2 for that.
