תנאי שימוש — Strix
תקנון זה מסדיר את תנאי השימוש במערכת Strix, פלטפורמת SaaS לניהול, ניתוח והצגת נתוני שיווק דיגיטלי, המופעלת על ידי מפעילי מערכת Strix(להלן: "החברה"). השימוש מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה, למדיניות הפרטיות ולכל תנאי נוסף שיוצג. אם אינך מסכים — הימנע משימוש.
1. השירות
Strix מאפשרת חיבור חשבונות פרסום, סנכרון נתוני קמפיינים, הצגתם, ניתוחם (לרבות בעזרת AI), הפקת דוחות, התראות ותקשורת עם לקוחות. השירות מותנה ביצירת חשבון תקף.
2. כשירות והצהרות
השימוש מיועד לבעלי כשירות משפטית. אתה מצהיר כי הנך מורשה לעשות שימוש בשירות, כי כל מידע שתזין נכון ומדויק, וכי לא תעשה שימוש בלתי-חוקי או פוגעני.
3. חיבור חשבונות צד שלישי ותקשורת WhatsApp
המערכת מתחברת ל-Meta Ads ול-Google Ads ב-OAuth; אתה מאשר כי הנך בעל ההרשאות, וכי השימוש כפוף גם לתנאי אותן פלטפורמות. בעת שימוש בתקשורת WhatsApp, אתה מצהיר כי קיבלת מכל נמען הסכמה מפורשת מראש (opt-in) לקבלת הודעות, וכי תכבד בקשות הסרה; השימוש כפוף ל-WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
4. נתונים, AI ואי-אחריות
הנתונים מתקבלים מצדדים שלישיים (Meta/Google) והחברה אינה אחראית לנכונותם. תובנות והמלצות ה-AI הן עזר בלבד ואינן ייעוץ מחייב. האחריות לשימוש במידע ולהחלטות העסקיות חלה על המשתמש בלבד. השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא" (AS-IS), ללא התחייבות לזמינות רציפה.
5. שינויים בשירות
אנו רשאים לעדכן, לשנות או להפסיק רכיבים בכל עת; הודעות מהותיות יישלחו לדוא"ל המקושר לחשבון.
6. ביטול חשבון ומחיקת מידע
באפשרותך לבטל את חשבונך ולבקש את מחיקת המידע השייך לך בכל עת, באמצעות פעולת מחיקה במערכת המאומתת בסיסמה (או בפנייה ל-office@strixrise.com). עם הביטול יימחקו נתוניך לפי מדיניות הפרטיות, בכפוף לחובות חוקיות. ראה גם עמוד מחיקת המידע.
7. קניין רוחני
כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני שייכות לחברה בלבד; אין להעתיק/לשכפל/להפיץ ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.
8. הגבלת אחריות
בכפוף לכל דין, החברה לא תישא באחריות לנזק עקיף/תוצאתי/מיוחד הנובע מהשימוש או מהסתמכות על הנתונים והתובנות.
9. פרטיות
השימוש כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות ומהווה הסכמה לאיסוף ועיבוד המידע לפיה.
10. הפרה
הפרת התנאים עשויה להביא לחסימת גישה ולנקיטת צעדים משפטיים.
11. דין וסמכות שיפוט
דיני מדינת ישראל; סמכות שיפוט בלעדית במחוז תל אביב.

Terms of Use — Strix
These terms govern the use of Strix, a SaaS platform for managing, analyzing, and presenting digital-marketing data, operated by the operators of the Strix platform(the "Company"). Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented. If you do not agree — do not use the service.
1. The Service
Strix enables connecting advertising accounts, syncing campaign data, displaying and analyzing it (including with AI), generating reports, alerts, and client communication. Use of the service requires a valid account.
2. Eligibility and Representations
The service is intended for persons with legal capacity. You represent that you are authorized to use the service, that any information you enter is true and accurate, and that you will not make unlawful or abusive use of it.
3. Third-Party Account Connections and WhatsApp Communication
The system connects to Meta Ads and Google Ads via OAuth; you confirm that you hold the required permissions and that your use is also subject to those platforms' terms. When using WhatsApp communication, you represent that you obtained explicit prior consent (opt-in) from every recipient and that you will honor removal requests; use is subject to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
4. Data, AI, and No Warranty
Data is received from third parties (Meta/Google) and the Company is not responsible for its accuracy. AI insights and recommendations are an aid only and do not constitute binding advice. Responsibility for the use of the information and for business decisions rests solely with the user. The service is provided AS-IS, with no commitment to continuous availability.
5. Changes to the Service
We may update, change, or discontinue components at any time; material notices will be sent to the email linked to the account.
6. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion
You may cancel your account and request deletion of your data at any time using the password-verified deletion action in the system (or by contacting office@strixrise.com). Upon cancellation your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations. See also the data deletion page.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual-property rights belong exclusively to the Company; do not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the data and insights.
9. Privacy
Use is subject to the Privacy Policy and constitutes consent to the collection and processing of information as described there.
10. Breach
Breach of these terms may result in blocked access and legal action.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction in the Tel Aviv district.
